Hyatt Assistant Manager - Learning in NEW DELHI, India

Description:

As an Assistant Manager Learning you’ll be responsible to assist our Andaz Colleagues’ learning and development. You will use your own professional and personal experiences and knowledge to assist the team in creating memorable guest experiences. You will assist the Learning Manager with on-boarding experience for all new colleagues, assist other departments with Core Tasks and Skills Training and develop talent for industry through supervising and managing various internship programs. You will be responsible to market training activities, plan associate welfare engagements through various identified activities and promote the Hyatt Thrive initiatives. You will support the Human Resources team members with daily activities to ensure that Human Resources division works as a business partner to all the hotel departments.
