Hyatt Director of Human Resources in NEW DELHI, India
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Human Resources is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt’s Purpose throughout the hotel.
As Director of Human Resources, you will be the keeper of the Colleague Experience Touch points for the Hotel. You must ensure to role model highest level of integrity and privacy of all the associate details. You should ensure to keep yourself always updated with the latest statutory compliance requirements. You will have to efficiently balance all your tasks to assist the Hotel Leadership team with the colleague lifecycle at Andaz Delhi You will be responsible to plan and market associate welfare engagements and promote the Hyatt Thrive initiatives. You will have to ensure that Human Resources division works as a business partner to all the hotel departments to achieve the Business Goals of the Hotel.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of HR, or HR Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
