Hyatt Sous Chef - Chinese Expat (Dim Sum) in NEW DELHI, India

Description:
As a Sous chef in Hong Kong club - Cantonese Cuisine at Andaz Delhi, you will have an opportunity to develop your skills under the supervision of the Chinese chefs. Learn the cuisine from the peak and implement the task or recipe given within an inspired team. Working directly under the lead of the Chinese chef, to assist a smooth and joyful operation. Ensure a high quality of commitment and ensure the recipes implemented are followed and trained down to the other team members. Consistency and Quality will be your main focus as this are the key pillars to a successful running operation.

Qualifications:
A person who enjoys working in a lively, fast paced environment, someone who lives his hobby and is passionate about Chinese cooking and food. Ready to take ownership and responsibility and is committed to finish the task given to perfection, someone who is ready to go the extra mile to make Hong Kong Club the entertainment and dining destination in Delhi/ India. An outgoing personality who loves being around guests and is not shy to interact. A person who is a team player and is inspiring to others.
