The Sales Administrative Assistant must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to and working closely with a team of Sales Managers. Duties of this position include but are not limited to maintaining calendars/meetings schedules, drafting contracts and proposals, researching client group history, and assisting with the arrangement of site inspections. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills. Organizational skills, computer proficiency, and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications:
* Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Previous administrative and hotel experience * Must have a positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to exceed the expectations of both internal and external guests * 4 year college degree from accredited university
