The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and implement an annual comprehensive marketing and public relations plan to support the business objectives of the hotel. The plan will include objectives, strategy and tactics for each of the Hotel’s market segments, with an emphasis on driving leisure business. The ultimate goal is to heighten market presence, increase positive awareness, strengthen brand loyalty, increase market share and produce increased revenues and profitability.

Qualifications:
* In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and strategic planning process * Self-starter and a team leader * 2 years minimum marketing experience (hospitality experience preferred) * Effective management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Creative, organized and strong business sense * Effective communications & presentation skills * Experience with working in a high-paced, digital environment * Degree in Marketing / PR / Communications or related disciplines * Superb written and presentation skills * Advanced skills in PPT and Excel * Budget Management and Expense processing
