Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship building skills. The ideal candidate will support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by training, coaching, giving direction, motivating and developing.

The Front Office Supervisor will lead the agents whom are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing form of payment, completing payroll, interviewing and responding to guest inquires.

Qualifications:
* Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds * Service oriented style with professional presentations skills * At least 2 years progressive management experience within the Rooms Division of a hotel * Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset * Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line * Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English, bilingualism an asset * Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel * Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills * Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations * Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
