Hyatt Information Technology Technician in PALM BEACH, United States
The IT Technician will be responsible for onboarding and configuring employee workstations, configuring and administering VOIP phone system, helping to maintain adequate inventory of tech supplies in order to fulfill requisitions in a timely and complete manner, tracking IT assets, helping to manage mobile phone plans and other services, helping to train personnel on certain aspects of technology, troubleshooting basic tech issues and working with our outside IT support to initiate help requests as well as new user requests.. This position requires tremendous organizational skill, attention to detail, and knowledge of computers and technology.
