Hyatt Guest Relations Supervisor *Internal reservations + Communication Center in PAPAGAYO, Costa Rica

Description:
Is responsible for managing the operation of our reservations and PBX flow and lead the team. This position works closely with front Office Managers, Revenue Manager, Groups Sales Managers and Travel Agencies in order to organize future reservations, Groups, Consortia and Leisure bookings. Oversee department processes, including training and coaching team members to achieve department goals. Values Include pride of ownership and accountability, integrity, collaborative and commitment to exceeding customer expectations. The Guest Relations Supervisor will also handle internal guest inquiries with his team coordinating and assigning task to other departments in order to exceed guest satisfaction this role demands exceptional performance.

Qualifications:
Prefer two years as Reservations Supervisor Refined verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus, but not required. Knowledge of Opera, Hotsos, Reserve strongly preferred Leadership qualifications Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment Must be proficient in general computer knowledge Operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
