Water’s Table is the signature restaurant of Hyatt Regency Lake Washington, offering Northwest-inspired fine dining. Water’s Table is the only full-service waterfront restaurant on the southern end of Lake Washington, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Water’s Table features year-round indoor and outdoor dining, including a luxurious covered terrace with spectacular Lake Washington views!
The Water’s Table Supervisor will assist in overseeing the daily fast-paced Water’s Table operations and ensure the highest level of service is provided to the Water’s Table guests. Responsibilities may also include training and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws. This person may also coordinate special events at the restaurant. The Water’s Table Supervisor must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage leadership experience preferred.
