The Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport is recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist in leading our Water’s Table team!

Water’s Table is the signature restaurant of Hyatt Regency Lake Washington, offering Northwest-inspired pan-Asian fine dining. Water’s Table is the only full-service waterfront restaurant on the southern end of Lake Washington, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Water’s Table feature year-round indoor and outdoor dining, including a luxurious covered terrace with spectacular Lake Washington views!
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist in overseeing the Water’s Table operations. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting, training, and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws. This person may also coordinate special events at the restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage inventory and cost control experience is helpful.
