Hyatt Cook 3 (Full-Time) in SAN DIEGO, California
A Cook 3 should have a strong culinary background and at least three years of previous line and fine dining experience is preferred. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred. A Cook 3 should have strong interpersonal communication skills. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling.
