Hyatt Food and Beverage Manager in SAN DIEGO, California
This person oversees the different functions of the food and beverage areas including banquets, restaurant, room service and bar at different times within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling and training of staff.
* Minimum of 2 years as F&B Management preferred * Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred * Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to stand for long periods of time
