Grand Hyatt at SFO is hiring a Chef de Partie!
The Chef de Partie will have in-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations and is fully capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests’ needs in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of previous line and fine dining experience and have intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soup, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling. A Culinary Degree or related hotel experience preferred. This position will require supervising the department in the leadership’s absence.
