Guest Experience Host (Front Desk Agent) is a highly visible role that will require you to be the face of our Grand Hyatt. Hosts have a huge impact on the guest experience. They must be knowledgeable about hotel and airport information as well as surrounding areas. Hosts perform a wide variety of tasks. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to, greeting and escorting guests, handling guest luggage, performing check-in and check-out, responding to guest requests, questions and effectively solving guest concerns.
Desired Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Refined verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Must be able to provide excellent customer service Must be computer savvy Must be detailed oriented Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and occasional overnight shifts
