Hyatt Overnight Guest Communications Agent (PBX) - Part Time in SAN FRANCISCO, California

Grand Hyatt at SFO is hiring an Overnight Guest Communications Agent (PBX) for two nights a week!

Hotel Guest Communications Agents (PBX) areprimarily responsible for answering and directing in-house and incoming calls to the hotel. The ideal candidate must work well handling a high volume of calls and be able to communicate with all callers in the utmost pleasant demeanor. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering guest questions, dispatching guest requests, taking room service orders and responding to calls in the event of an emergency.

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Excellent typing skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Ability to remain calm in an emergency

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Must be available to work overnight shifts
