The Director of Marketing Communications is responsible for the strategy and execution of digital marketing and e-Commerce activity for the region. This position will support regional Hyatt visibility by developing digital marketing and e-Commerce programs, with the primary goal being increased conversions and revenue on Hyatt.com as well as the Hyatt App in China. Digital marketing efforts will include: search engine marketing (including PPC and SEO), mobile marketing, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, marketing via corporate channels and assisting with strategic digital content/social media content planning. This position will also oversee e-Commerce activity including the regional strategic oversight of hotel websites, apps and mini-sites (including Simplified Chinese) where applicable.
You will also be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.
