You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Lead Host / Host (Telephone Operator) is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of Guest Services Centre within the Rooms Division.
Candidates with Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred. Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
