Hyatt Guest Experience Coordinator-Andaz Scottsdale (Part-Time) in SCOTTSDALE, Arizona

The Guest Experience Coordinator’s role will be to assist the Guest Experience team in their policies and procedures. The essential functions include but are not limited to: · Preparing amenities for VIP clients · Communicating with guests pre-arrival to ensure satisfaction · Coordinating the house car service with the valet team · Run reports in Reserve as necessary to review arrivals · Receive, manage and delegate incoming emails and messages for the Guest Experience Team · Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by the Guest Experience Manager

· Ability to adapt to new demands, reprioritize workload and address urgent demands quickly
· Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully to all colleagues and all internal/external
· Eagerness and ability to learn new skills, technologies and business processes quickly
· Ability to work well with others
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and across all levels of the organization

· Must be able to work inclusively, but also be able to work independently and without excessive supervision
