Hyatt Special Services Host - Resort Security in SCOTTSDALE, Arizona

Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Special Services Host – Safety and Security to join us at The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch. This position reports directly to the Night Manager; candidates should be an individual with a positive attitude and a service heart, you will be confident and driven in your approach. You are business savvy and are known for your ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels, are detail orientated and must be able to problem-solve with other team members and guests. Schedules vary, so flexibility is a must. Will need to be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and be constantly hands on and ready to lend expertise within other departments of the hotel.

Qualifications:
// _Key Qualifications and requirements:_ _Current Arizona Driver License and CPR certification are required._ Previous hotel security or law enforcement background is a plus, but not required. Provides superior guest service and is comfortable learning how to make good decisions, keeping the best interest of the resort in mind. Conducts checks on all guest and team member safety, security and fire related incidents and submits initial reports. Performs emergency procedures relating to fire, life and safety; e.g., such as attending to fire alarms, lift rescue. Uphold and enforced the Occupational Safety and Health procedures in the hotel premises in accordance with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) requirements. Take the appropriate action when and where deem necessary. Reports any abnormal conditions noticed at any time in line with safety related equipment or installation to Team Leaders in each department.
