Hyatt Part Time Night Audit in SEATTLE, Washington

Description:

This role is expected to be two overnight shifts a week

The Night Auditor/Overnight Agent is responsible for the successful management of the nightly operations of the Front Desk. They assists with coordinating cashier and accounting functions to provide the accounting department with accurate day end information. TheNight Auditor/Overnight Agentis also responsible for the front desk duties, including check-in, check-out and any other guest issues that arise during the night shift. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as an Overnight Front Desk Agent. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent phone etiquette

  • Must have strong computer skills

  • Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

  • Must have strong basic math skills

  • Must be able to work with a high level of autonomy
