Hyatt MarComm Executive / Ass’t Manager – Social Marketing in SEOUL, South Korea

- We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized social media specialist to join our team. - In this position, he/she will interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our brand, products while providing customer care to new audiences. - He/she must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media and online platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.

- Write, develop, and strategizeonline contentproduction and scheduling through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification Generate, edit, publish, and share content on a regular basis (original text, images, video, and HTML) - Build meaningful connections and encourage communities (Kakao Naver café) through dialog and messaging - Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications - Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles - Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes - Collaborate with the marketing asset development: photography, videography and VR contents

- Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, marketing, communication, or related field 4 years’ experience in marketing communications - Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Kakao, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.) and search engine - Knowledge of digital marketing and web design best practices - Understanding of social/online media metrics and digital analytics ; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Preferred skills for design or photo-editing software
