Hyatt Senior Director of Global Sales (부장) - Hyatt Sales Force in SEOUL, South Korea

This position requires a close working relationship with Asia Pacific Divisional Marketing and Sales Operations, Sales Specialists, Hotel Marketing and Sales Departments, Hyatt Sales Force team and other office employees. The incumbent is required to support Sales and Marketing initiatives of all the Global Hyatt Hotels. Must also pass on any leads for other Hyatt Hotels to the right parties.

The Senior Global Sales Director must be a self starter and capable to work independently and must have good communications and interpersonal skills, good use of initiative, strong leader, team player, personable, discreet and reliable, good grooming and personal presentation. Very strong follow up, organizational skills and leadership skills. Ensure assigned revenue performance objectives are achieved and ideally exceeded, in the calendar year.

* High proficiency of MS Office, Lotus Notes and Envision. * Fluent in English, Mandarin and local language – written as well as spoken. * Equally at ease in Asian and Western culture. * Comprehensive knowledge ofHotels and Sales practices. * Comprehensive knowledge of Airlines, Corporate, Travel Agents, MICE and OTA segment. * Able to feedback pricing & marketing strategic. * Current position should be in a Director of Sales level, preferably within Hyatt family. * Experience in supervising subordinates.
