向酒店管理层提供技术支持和建议，在所有领域最小化运营费用和最大化工作效率。Provides technical assistance, advice to hotel management so as to minimise overhead expenses and maximise productivity in all areas.
协助已授权的用户使用和酒店资讯系统相关硬件，各个模块和电脑。Assists authorised users in relation to operation of the hotel’s I.S. system hardware, various modules and supporting personal computers.
及时协调服务供应商对任何失效系统或设备进行替换和修复。Coordinates timely repair and returns to service providers any faulty systems or items of equipment.
协助建立和实施资讯系统内部的数据备份工作。Assists to establish and implement procedures to ensure backup of data in any I.S. system.
解决由于软件或硬件导致的数据出错。Rebuilds data corrupted by either hardware or software faults.
及时处理任何软件相关的出错或更新需求。Coordinates the timely handling of any software fault reports or enhancement requests.
协助建立紧急处理流程，以保证酒店在系统失效时候的持续运营。Assists to set up emergency procedures to continue the operation of the hotel in the event of system failure.
建立资讯系统常见问题的操作手册，并把这些手册和酒店相关的运营手册相结合。Provides manuals on the issue of I.S systems and incorporates those manuals into the relevant operating procedures of the hotel.
协助建立必要的步骤，以防止对资讯系统的非授权使用。Establishes necessary security measures to prevent unauthorised access to the I.S. systems.
对内部和外部的审计人员提供技术上的协助。Provides technical assistance to internal and external audit associate.
协助资讯系统部经理，和各运营部门一起设置和维护数据库Assists the IS Manager to work with Operational Departments to set up and maintain clean relevant databases for management purposes.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming. Networking experience would be an advantage. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Information Systems or Information Systems Officer in large operation with advanced technology. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
