Hyatt Lead Host -IT (HP & HH Shanghai Hongqiao CBD) in SHANGHAI, China
*To ensure the smooth and efficient running and maintenance of Information Systems (IS) in the hotel.
*Ensures the availability of any stationery or consumables required by any I.S. systems.
*To ensure that passwords are changed regularly in accordance with hotel policy and to ensure that user profiles for staff leaving the employ of the our hotel centre are removed promptly.
*Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.
*Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
*International brand hotel working experience is preferred
