Hyatt Associate Director of Sales - Hyatt Regency Shenzhen Yantian in SHENZHEN, China

Description:
-To assist in the implementation of the hotel’s Sales Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, and all other revenue departments.

-To ensure that Sales employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate. -To assist with the preparation of the annual sales plan. -To assist the monthly sales reporting and reforecast. -To assist to manage all the key sales accounts and groups, to evaluate them based sales account analysis prepared by Marketing Manager – Strategy / Marketing Analyst, and to make strategy for pricing, inventory, and sales resource allocation. -To coordinate and execute acquisition, developments, and retention sales.

Qualifications:
-Holds a degree in Sales or Marketing and/or Hospitality or Tourism Management. -Strong follow-up/project management skills. -Excellent Analytical Skills. -Good understanding of selling techniques and marketing approaches. -Well developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email, Delphi/RESERVE. -Comprehensive knowledge of Opera Property Management Systems. -Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements. -Minimum two to four years work experience as Associate Director of Sales in a luxury international brand hotel -Essential prerequisite is experience in the Travel and Hotel industry
