Hyatt Guest Services Coordinator in STOWE, Vermont

Description:

The Guest Services Coordinator is in constant communication with the Bell/Valet/Door Attendants to expedite vehicle check-in/check-out and ensuring guests are escorted with their luggage & personal items to and from the guest rooms efficiently. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

  • Refined verbal communication skills.

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred but not required.

  • Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, both weekend days and holidays.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
