Hyatt Locker Room Attendant in STOWE, Vermont

Job Overview:

The Locker Room Attendant assists guests by maintaining a high quality locker room environment, without disrupting any of the daily functions of the Spa, hotel or without disturbing guests.In addition, provides sincere service through actions that display self-confidence, grace and courtesy to guests and colleagues.

*Essential Functions:

  • Assists guests with the spa and locker room
  • Works unsupervised and maintains the highest quality standards in the spa area
  • Monitors the spa and replenishes all amenities offered
  • Completes work projects as assigned by supervisor and managers
  • Ensures the locker rooms are clean and stocked
  • Adheres to safety precautions and procedures for using hazardous chemicals and ensures economical and safe use of supplies and equipment
  • Provides general support in the Spa and Wellness Center
  • Provides assistance and direction to our guests when necessary
  • Identifies and reports all maintenance issues
  • Reports articles left behind to Lost and Found
  • Is able to communicate verbally and in writing in English
  • Is able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Is able to stand/walk up to 6-8 hours per day
  • Is a team player and interacts with all guests and fellow Associates in a positive and friendly manner

* High school diploma or equivalent required * Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred * Excellent communication skills * Technical proficiency (basic computer applications) * Attention to detail * Customer service experience * Strong organizational and time management discipline * Understanding of Spa and Wellness * Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively * Operate effectively in stressful situations * Ability to multi-task * Ability to adapt to changing guest needs
