Hyatt Owner Relations Manager in STOWE, Vermont

Job Overview:

The Owner Relations Manager is the liaison between the owners and the operations at The Lodge at Spruce Peak in order to insure optimum profitability, owner satisfaction and growth in market share. The Owner Relations Manager provides friendly, efficient registration and information to all owners, fellow employees, and visitors. In addition, provides sincere service through actions that display self-confidence, grace and courtesy to guests and colleagues.

Essential Functions*: * * Oversees the administration and management of the Owner Relations program and amenity program * Optimizes the revenue distribution by working with reservations, monitoring individual unit revenue production * Ensures aconsistent, seamless luxurious owners arrival and departure experience * Supports the HOA manager and the Rooms Executive in their role by assisting in administrative tasks, billings, etc. * Updates and consistently manages the Destination Privileges program and Owner Benefits * Assists the Director of Property Management in the promotion and performance of The Lodge at Spruce Peak rental program to prospective owners and current owners of rental property within Stowe * Distributes and /or encourages all promotional materials, and packages involving the Owners * Attends and participate in leadership meetings * Communicates with all departments regarding in house and arriving Owners, and any special needs * Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events * Is knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and Spruce Peak policies * Solicits Owner feedback via guest comment cards and acknowledges Owner’s preferences for future visits * Addresses all Owner feedback with the utmost confidence, grace and concern for their satisfaction * Is able to communicate verbally and in writing in English

High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred 2-3 year’s prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred Experience in high volume establishments Excellent communication skills Technical proficiency (basic computer applications) Management experience preferred Understanding of hospitality operating systems Understanding of Rooms Division Departments Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively Ability to adapt to changing guest needs
