Hyatt Retail Supervisor in STOWE, Vermont

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.

The Retail Supervisor leads the clerks whom ensure that the retail outlets of the Toy and Candy Shop as well as the Pantry/Beanery have proper inventory are neatly organized and attractively displayed. The Retail Supervisor is also responsible for making product recommendations and processing forms of payment to include room charges, credit cards and cash for all purchase items. The Retail Supervisor should have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of our guests and owners in a fast paced environment.

  • Refined verbal communication skills.

  • Previous Barista/Coffee Shop and F&B experience required

  • Previous retail experience preferred

  • Excellent computer and POS skills required

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, both weekend days and holidays as needed.
