_The Role_ Reporting to the Front Service Manager, you will be leading a team of bell attendants and commissionaires to ensure the standards are achieved. Your role will require you to have effective leadership skills in order to delegate tasks effectively and handle any guest queries or complaints with the upmost care.

Qualifications:
Our Expectations Include: • Proven leadership qualities can foster an open and supportive environment • Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or Bell Attendant • A guest focus & effective complaint handling skills • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills • Good time management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy • A proven ability to work as a team and autonomously • Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster • Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive manual cars • Excellent grooming and personal presentation
