Hyatt Front Office Manager in SYDNEY, Australia

Description:
Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office department, whilst providing authentic hospitality and driving guest and colleague preference.

Monitors rooms standards and conducts frequent and thorough inspections of guest rooms

Works closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests

Ensure that all Front Office associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional service at all times

To deputize jointly with the Housekeeping Manager in the EAM - Rooms absence

Qualifications:
Well developed communication and guest service skills

Well developed computer skills particularly MS Office, Outlook, and Hotel Management System (preferably OPERA)

Effective trainer, and able to facilitate at all levels

University degree / Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management

Minimum two years work experience as Front Office Manager or 4 years as an Assistant Front Office Manager
