Hyatt Guest Service Officer – Front Office – Full Time in SYDNEY, Australia

Description:
* Works closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests * Ensures that guest history records are accurately maintained and privacy is upheld * To immediately attend to all guests who approach the Front Desk, cordially and with a smile * Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming * Ensures that the strictest confidentiality is maintained in dealings with all work related matters

Qualifications:
* Good Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office * Ability to work under pressure. * Positive, can-do attitude * Knowledge of Opera desirable * Preferable prerequisite knowledge of the Travel/Hotel industry * Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia for a minimum of 12 months
