Hyatt Duty Manager in TOKYO, Japan







【Job Description】

●Exercise responsible management and behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Rooms department.

●Ensures all VIP arrangements are followed according to established Policies and Procedures.

●Assists the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in efficiently managing the department providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

●Represents the Hotel for guest inquiries and/or complaints







・ More than 5 years work experience in the hotel (front desk, bell, concierge or housekeeping etc.)

・ Business level English

・ Intermediate PC Skills (Word/Excel)

・ Managerial experience is preferred

・ Those who can think and act flexibly to meet guest expectations
