Handleall stay guest, VIP guest and handlecomplaintス


Manage related all Front Office task, Administration, revenue, cost, budget forecast and working environment


● 宿泊部門でのマネジメント経験

Management experience in Rooms Department

● 協調性・コミュニケーション能力のある方

  Good team worker with good communication skills.

● OPERA操作経験者

  Opera sysytem experience

●  日本語、英語による上級コミュニケーション能力

Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English

●  中級レベルのPCスキル(Excel / Word)

Intermediate PC Skill (Excel / Word)
