グランドハイアット東京の宿泊部門 フロントオフィス アシスタントマネージャーを募集いたします。



●宿泊ゲスト、VIPゲスト対応およびクレーム対応 Handleall stay guest, VIP guest and handlecomplaintス

●フロントオフィス業務全般、管理業務、売上管理、予測数値作成、職場環境のマネジメント Manage related all Front Office task, Administration, revenue, cost, budget forecast and working environment

● 宿泊部門でのマネジメント経験 Management experience in Rooms Department

● 協調性・コミュニケーション能力のある方   Good team worker with good communication skills. ゲ ● OPERA操作経験者   Opera sysytem experience

●  日本語、英語による上級コミュニケーション能力 Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English

●  中級レベルのPCスキル(Excel / Word) Intermediate PC Skill (Excel / Word)
