* Human Resource Managers should have HR generalist knowledge, and be versed in the areas of workforce planning, associate and labor relations, employee counseling and local diversity initiatives. This position will report to the Director of General Manager's Office. This person must have the ability to run a human resource area in General Manager's Office in the Director's absence. The Human Resources function prides itself on excellence, service, integrity and accountability.
* 2-3 years of HR management experience in hospitality industry * Strong consulting, influencing and coaching skills and an ability to build trust and relate to people at all levels. * Highly ethical with strong decision-making skills and judgment to drive the right impact for the business and our colleagues. * Effective communicator (clear, inspiring, simple, situational, multi-level, multi-cultural) * Must be a solutions-oriented leader with conflict resolution skills. * Refined verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
