*Overseeing all operations related to Room Services as a managing staff.

*Responsible for undertaking room service operations based on the concepts of Andaz.

*Responsible for taking staff training into place, whenever it is necessary to do so.

*Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating whithin budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.







*Must have min. 5 yrs of previous experiences in F&B field, including room services.

*Management experiences necessary.

*Working knowledge of English and Japanese.

*Adapt and always seek new ideas without being fixed on the idea to enable our guests being themselves.

*Team player, values teamwork and has good team building spirit with effective communication skill, in order to achieve team’s goal.
