Hyatt Guest Experience Host in TYSONS CORNER, Virginia

Guest Experience Host are responsible for three major parts of the guest experience. The first is guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. The Hosts will answer questions, give direction, and make detailed reservations or recommendations for our guest. The next part is the telephone operator. Hosts are responsible for answering incoming calls and must work well handling a high volume of calls. All Host should be comfortable and able to answer questions relating to the hotel. The last part is servicing the “Regency Club”. This is an exclusive, private lounge that cater to VIPs and frequent stay members. This clubs offer a variety of food and beverage services as well as current periodicals and the latest in media options and technology. The Host will be responsible for managing all the F&B in the club along with maintaining the cleanliness and following serve safe guidelines. this position offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests. You will be the face of Hyatt as a Guest Experience Host.

- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Must work well handling a high volume of calls
- Previous customer service experience required.
