Hyatt Guest Service/Security Officer in TYSONS CORNER, Virginia

The Guest Service Security Officer is responsible for coverage of the lobby area, assisting guest and patrons. Lfting luggage, boxes packages is required. This individual will also have oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required. This is a new, combined role.

Ability to work PM Shifts, weekends and holidays is required.
Must be able to life 50lbs (i.e.Luggage, Packages)
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
Proficient in basic computer skills
Previous customer service and security experience preferred
