This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as the ability to lead and develop coworkers in a team environment. Minimum of at least two years relevant cooking experience. Candidates should be able to perform all intermediate cooking skills with limited supervision, to include basic knife skills, product knowledge and cooking techniques. This person may be required to give direction in the absence of a supervisor.
