Hyatt Reservations Host in Cambodia
Having knowledge of the entire reservation procedure according to Alila standards.
Responsible for hotel and local reservations.
Handling of reservations correspondence (telephone, email, fax) between guests and hotel.
Review reservations booked daily.
Review arrivals report daily.
Implementation of Alila policies and procedures
Responsible for recording Company/Travel Agent Rates both in system and correspondence file.
Ensure special handling of repeats guest and very VIP guests
Review room blocking for Long Stay, suites and special group requests
Maintain cordial relations with commercial clients
Bring to the attention of the Reservations Manager when the hotel availability status needs to be changed and prepare for necessary action
Thesuccessful candidate should meet the following criteria:
•2 – 3 years experience in the same position in 5* property
•Excellent written and verbal communication skill
•Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment
•Able to work in a fast paced environment and can multitask
