"Ka’ana Kitchen" is the premier restaurant in Wailea in a second-to-none location. Featuring dishes that represent the mix of cultures that makes up modern Hawaii, Ka’ana Kitchen sources local ingredients and presents them in a uniquely island way. This full service restaurant caters to resort guests and local patrons every day for breakfast and dinner.
The Assistant Ka'ana Kitchen Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the restaurant. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.
