The Digital Marketing Specialist will generate visibility and revenue for Destination Residences Hawai`i (DRH) in the digital realm while building upon the integrity of the brand through collaboration with the Director of Digital Marketing by assisting with digital marketing initiatives. This includes the planning, management and execution of display advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, reputation management, email marketing campaigns and acquisition and content maintenance for ten websites.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying DRH’s culture as well as promoting DRH as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!
* Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications or management preferred. * Experience in hospitality industry preferred. * Possess exceptional ability to create visual concepts and written content to communicate and translate our brand and marketing message to the customer audience.
* Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, email marketing tools CRM systems, hospitality industry systems (PMS, RMS and Delphi), website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), website editing software, CMS systems, graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite), social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn) and with social media management dashboards and tools (Sprinklr, Offerpop). * Understanding of target audiences, customer segmentation and demographic profiling * Strong financial acumen * Proven ability to build integrated marketing campaigns * Ability to work and interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside partners * Understand importance of guest relations
