The Assistant Director of Operations is a senior level position with responsibilities focused on providing support to the Director of Rooms and the Director of Food & Beverage. This includes overseeing the general operation of hotel functions and assisting guests when necessary with the opportunity to act as a roving manager to accommodate scheduling. Duties may also include training, staff development, scheduling, and payroll. This position will require the ability to work all shifts, mostly nights and weekends including holidays.

* 3 years or more as a Department Head either in the Rooms or Food and Beverage Divisions * Excellent associate relations skills with the ability to train, coach, and counsel employees while overseeing their development * Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Knowledge of operation systems such as InfoGenesis, Opera, and Reserve is a plus
