You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations To function as the Production Manager for all pastry and bakery products, making sure that they contribute to the overall success of outlets and banquets, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals. 您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下,保持所在部门的高效营运,并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。 行使西点和面包产品的产品经理职能,遵照酒店标准和财务目标,确保其为餐厅和宴会的整体成功做出贡献。

Qualifications:
* Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production with pastry specialisation. * 具有食品制作领域的学徒经历或专业学历,并以西点为专业; * Minimum 2 years work experience as Pastry Chef in larger operation. * 至少两年在大型机构内担任西点厨师长或副厨师长的工作经验。 * Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity are a must. * 必须具有良好的实践、经营能力,以及充分的行政管理能力和创新天分。 * Pre-opening experience is a plus. * 拥有筹备经验更佳。
