To actively participate in the formulation and submission of the annual business plan.
To provide the hotel Marketing Team with business intelligence based on Congo’s data mining solutions and secondary resources (PMS reports).
To ensure the accuracy and validity of the data presented in the Congo’s cubes.
To provide the hotel with external market intelligence using tools such as Competitive Intelligence, Rate View / Phased, Hotelbenchmark.com, access to a Global Distribution System (i.e. Galileo Focal point / Mysore), Internet web sties and corporate resources.
