* 确保水疗中心设备运行顺利并达到酒店盈利标准 Ensure the Spa and facilities operates successfully and is individually profitable in accordance with the standard of the hotel

  • 根据顾客意见调查结果,确保所有改进措施贯彻执行

    Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented

  • 确保所有的准备工作和美体按摩师按照客人的预约和要求准备就绪 Ensure that all therapy, treatment, package and rooms are pre-blocked according to the treatment time and preference of the guest and the therapists are informed of the same

  • 与工程/客房部门紧密合作,确保按摩理疗室按照凯悦酒店标准的维修计划关闭 Work closely with Engineering and Housekeeping departments to ensure that rooms are blocked accordingly for scheduled maintenance in compliance with Hyatt standard

  • 按部门需要协调,确保营业运营流畅,卫生清洁并且实施水疗中心,健身房,运动器械的维修工作 To coordinate with the needs of the department and ensure the smooth operation, cleanliness and maintenance of the spa, gym, activity facilities and equipment

  • 为酒店/按摩理疗师/酒店客房最大程度的提高营业效益 Maximises sales and revenues for the hotel and both treatment/therapy rooms and guestrooms

  • 针对水疗中心运行程序/酒店健身器材/水疗中心服务进行有必要的检查和改进 To review and improve as necessary the operational procedures for the entire spa and Hotel Fitness facilities and services of the spa

  • 确保有效实施可用性部门领导管理技术,有效加大酒店客房和水疗中心的营业效应 Ensures commercial management techniques of availability control are applied to achieve the maximization of room sales and treatments

  • 确保水疗中心具有销售的态度和意见,并且在店工作员工有提高营业效益和销售意识 Ensures that the Spa operates with a sales attitude, and all personnel are aware of sales and opportunities within the hotel, which will assist, with the maximization of revenue

  • 时刻建议高层管理人员关于未成形的工作程序规定 Keeps senior management informed of any risk or opportunity in relation to the pre-set performance figures

  • 确保水疗中心员工警觉个人的销售目标并及时报告个人销售表现 Ensures all spa personnel are aware of their individual revenue targets and are kept informed of performance results

  • 分析观察竞争对手过去和未来的经营计划,有效实施正确的销售策略 Monitors competitor performance both past and future to ensure correct selling strategies are applied

  • 与部门经理策划并贯彻每月销售计划/销售活动,并策划员工销售鼓励方案 Design and implement monthly sales, promotions and motivation programmes in collaboration with the SpaManager

  • 根据年度部门预算策划本年度水疗中心销售计划与活动 Manage current year Spa sales and promotional activities and expenses within budget

  • 负责并监管每日水疗中心的运营情况 To be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Spa

  • 确保员工按时报告工作情况并穿着工作制服佩戴个人名牌 Ensure that all employees report for duty punctually are well groomed, wearing the correct uniform and nametag and at all times

  • 协助培养有效率的员工团队并保持卓越的服务标准 To assist in the building of an efficient team of employees by striving to maintain standards of excellence

  • 实施员工的评估并回顾现有的工作表现确认今后的发展改进的目标 To conduct employee evaluation for all direct reports, to review existing performance and identify any areas for further development and improvement

  • 实施定期的在职员工进修课程 Ensure that regular “refresher” course for existing employees are conducted

  • 确保水疗中心按摩理疗室的预定有序,保证客人的光临程序 Ensure all spa guesttreatmentrooms’ reservations are in order to facilitate an efficient arrival/departure service sequence

  • 及时检查回顾电脑记录,确保准确的个人服务预约 Review spaRAprofile to ensure information is updated after call appointment

  • 确保纪录所有有关客人的档案历史 Ensure all relevant data of all clients is captured paying particular attention to the Guest History Maintenance

  • 通过员工培训和奖励计划有效提高营业效益 Maximise Retail Sales and Revenues through training and incentive programmes

  • 有效连接酒店水疗中心与本地水疗工业 To serve as a link between the Spa and the local industry

  • 负责推销水疗中心与健身中心的会员销售并与会员保持良好关系 Responsible to drive and promote Spa and Fitness membership and maintain a close relationship with members

  • 负责为水疗中心监控并预定库存 Order and control stock levels for all professional and retail items

  • 监控水疗中心服务目录与各按摩理疗室的库存 Control stock levels for all menu and stationary

  • 协助培训产品/服务相关的知识并向客人作产品推荐 Continue to support GSO Team with product knowledge and treatment association training and homecare recommendations for the clients
