Hyatt Director of Talent Acquisition in ZURICH, Switzerland


The Director of Talent Acquisition (TA) is the Center of Excellence in the region for all areas of talent acquisition, namely:

  • Lead the recruiting efforts for positions in the Regional Office

  • Oversight and coordination of the college/university recruiting efforts for the region

  • Partner in the design, communication and implementation of Global/Regional recruiting standards and structures

  • Oversight and maintenance of regional recruiting assessments and technology tools

  • Lead new hotel recruiting strategy design



  • At least 12 years of experience in HR leadership or consultancy, with a minimum of 5 years in a multi-business-unit Talent Acquisition role or Recruitment Consultancy.

  • Proof of continuing education and training (professional certifications) preferred.

  • Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree (MBA, Master) preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking system.

  • Fluent in English and a 2nd language relevant for the region.
