Hyatt Director of Talent Acquisition in ZURICH, Switzerland
The Director of Talent Acquisition (TA) is the Center of Excellence in the region for all areas of talent acquisition, namely:
Lead the recruiting efforts for positions in the Regional Office
Oversight and coordination of the college/university recruiting efforts for the region
Partner in the design, communication and implementation of Global/Regional recruiting standards and structures
Oversight and maintenance of regional recruiting assessments and technology tools
Lead new hotel recruiting strategy design
At least 12 years of experience in HR leadership or consultancy, with a minimum of 5 years in a multi-business-unit Talent Acquisition role or Recruitment Consultancy.
Proof of continuing education and training (professional certifications) preferred.
Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree (MBA, Master) preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking system.
Fluent in English and a 2nd language relevant for the region.
